Online Course Policies

Course Requirements
To successfully complete the course and to receive full credit, the student must review all of the course content and pass the end-of-course final exam with a score of 80% or better.

Duration of Course
Courses are valid for six months from the date of purchase and must be completed within that time frame. We recommend not stretching the course out for more than a few weeks to be successful.

Course Completion and CE Credit
At the end of the course, students are able to print a certificate of completion to keep in their records. Florida Real Estate Institute will directly submit the student’s CE hours to the DBPR on behalf of the student.

Refunds
No refunds will be granted if a student has gone beyond three chapters or units of study.
